Karen Mosteller, CPA, CHBC, a partner with Markham Norton Mosteller Wright & Company, P.A., has been appointed the chair of the Healthcare Statistics Committee with the National Society of Certified Healthcare Business Consultants. Mosteller is currently serving a three-year term on the board of directors and was awarded the Leonard Schwartz 2014 Go-Getter award for her contributions to the organization.
The NSCHBC is a national organization dedicated to serving the needs of consultants who provide ethical, confidential and professional advice to the healthcare industry. The mission of the society is to advance the profession of healthcare business consultants by setting standards for its members through education, certification and professional interaction. The organization also manages the Certified Healthcare Business Consultant (CHBC) credentialing process in which active NSCHBC members can earn the professional designation.
Mosteller is the business consulting, bookkeeping and technology partner with the firm. She is a certified public accountant and a certified healthcare business consultant.
