MNMW Team Member Earns Certified Fraud Examiner Credential
Markham Norton Mosteller Wright & Co., P.A. (MNMW) is pleased to announce that Jeanna Hermance has earned her Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) credential from the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE). Individuals who have the CFE credential are recognized with documented evidence and experience that identifies a high level of skill, knowledge and professionalism. To achieve this professional designation, individuals must pass a rigorous exam that tests knowledge and expertise in four primary areas of fraud examination: Financial Transactions & Fraud Schemes, Law, Investigation, and Fraud Prevention & Deterrence.
“Jeanna has a passion for what she does, both personally and professionally, and it is apparent to our clients and our team,” said Gail Markham, CPA/ABV/CFF, CFE, CFP; Partner at MNMW. “In the three and a half years since joining MNMW, she has earned her master’s degree in Accounting and Taxation, her Certified Public Accountant license and now her CFE credential. On top of working to receive those credentials, she maintained her role as a full-time team member, and still always jumped in to help with any projects.”
In addition to her MS degree, Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license, and CFE credential Hermance holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Florida Gulf Coast University (FGCU). She has been with the firm since 2016 as an associate with the litigation support, forensic accounting and family mediation services division.
