Gail Markham Elected to FGCU Foundation Board

(MNMW) is pleased to announce that Gail Markham, CPA, ABV, CFF, CFE, CFP®, Florida Supreme Court Certified Family Mediator, Partner at MNMW, has been elected to serve on the Board of Directors for the Florida Gulf Coast University (FGCU) Foundation. As a Board member, Markham will assist the FGCU Foundation in its mission to advance the university and its students by promoting the institution through philanthropy, offering long-term perspectives for FGCU, and sharing resources to benefit its teaching, scholarship, and public service mission.

The FGCU Foundation is the channel for private gifts to FGCU through annual giving programs, planned gifts (outright gifts such as securities or real estate or deferred gifts through wills and trusts), and capital and other special-purpose campaigns. The Foundation’s principal responsibilities are to raise awareness of the need for private support, solicit gifts on behalf of FGCU, and exercise fiduciary management of those gifts.
