Markham Norton Mosteller Wright & Co., P.A. (MNMW) is pleased to announce that Liz Opalka, CPA, MST, JD has joined the firm as Manager, Fiduciary Services. With extensive experience in trust and estate taxation, probate, and fiduciary litigation support, Liz brings deep expertise that will strengthen MNMW’s fiduciary and tax service offerings.

Liz holds a Juris Doctor (JD) from Albany Law School and a Master of Science in Taxation (MST) from the State University of New York, Albany. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Finance from Indiana University and has been a licensed Florida CPA since 2009. In addition, she is a member of the Florida Bar and holds an active PTIN for federal tax preparation.
In her role as Manager of Fiduciary Services at MNMW, Liz prepares IRS Forms 706, 709, and 1041, as well as fiduciary accountings. She represents clients in IRS matters and supports fiduciary litigation partners with tax analysis and estate administration. Her expertise includes managing complex estates and advising beneficiaries on tax and business matters.
Prior to joining MNMW, Liz held senior roles at Akerman LLP and other respected firms, where she gained extensive experience preparing trust and estate tax returns, managing IRS correspondence, and advising clients on tax strategies and audits.
